Why is there a delay in my AC responding to commands from the app?

If there is a noticeable delay between sending a command in the AirTouch Beam app and your AC unit responding, the issue is typically related to network performance or signal strength.

Common Causes of Delay

1. Network Latency

  • If your Wi-Fi network is experiencing high traffic or slow speeds, this can cause delays in the command reaching the AirTouch Beam device.

Solution:

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router.

  • Reduce the number of devices on your network.

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable and has low latency.

 

2. Weak Wi-Fi Signal

  • If the AirTouch Beam device is too far from your router or placed behind thick walls or obstructions, the signal strength may be weak, causing delayed communication.

Solution:

  • Move the AirTouch Beam closer to your Wi-Fi router or install a Wi-Fi extender to improve signal coverage.
