If you haven't received your password reset email or 6-digit verification code, try the following steps to resolve the issue.

Troubleshooting Steps

    Make sure you're entering the correct email address associated with your AirTouch Beam account.

  2. Look in Spam or Junk Folder
    Sometimes, password reset emails may be filtered into your Spam or Junk folder. Please check these folders in your email inbox.

  3. Tap "Resend Code"
    On the reset screen, tap the "Resend Code" button to request a new code.

  4. Still Not Working? Contact Support
