Why can't I create an AirTouch Beam account in the app?

If you're having trouble creating an AirTouch Beam account in the app, several common issues could be preventing successful registration. Follow the checklist below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Checklist to Successfully Create Your Account

  1. All Required Fields Are Completed

    • Make sure you have filled in all mandatory fields (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Email, Password, Confirm Password).

  2. Use a Valid, Unregistered Email Address

    • Ensure you're using a valid email that hasn't already been registered with another AirTouch account.

  3. Passwords Must Match

    • Confirm that the Password and Confirm Password fields match exactly.

  4. Password Must Meet Security Requirements

    • Your password must comply with the Password Policy, including:

      • Minimum length requirements

      • At least one special character

      • Upper and lowercase letters

      • At least one number

  5. Check Internet Connection

    • Make sure your device is connected to a stable internet connection during the registration process.

  6. Use the Latest Version of the App
