Why can't I connect my Beam to my voice assistant?

Steps to Resolve Connection Issues

  1. Check Voice Assistant Compatibility with Matter:

    • Ensure that your voice assistant supports Matter. 

    • Verify that your voice assistant (Apple HomeKit, Google Home, or Amazon Alexa) is up to date and compatible with the AirTouch Beam.

  2. Ensure Both Devices Are on the Same Wi-Fi Network:

    • For successful pairing, your mobile device and AirTouch Beam must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. This ensures proper communication between the devices.

  3. Update Firmware:

    • Make sure that your AirTouch Beam has the latest firmware. If there’s an update available, you may need to update the firmware to resolve any known connectivity issues.
