Why Can't I Add My AirTouch Beam to the App?

If you're having trouble adding your AirTouch Beam to the AirTouch Beam app, it may be due to the device not being in pairing mode, Wi-Fi connection issues, or insufficient power supply.

Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Check That the Beam is Powered On

    Ensure your AirTouch Beam is properly powered using a correct USB cable that provides enough power. Faulty or low-power cables may prevent the device from functioning properly.

  2. Confirm the Beam is in Pairing Mode

    • The LED should be blinking cyan.

    • If the LED is not blinking, try power cycling the device (unplug and plug back in).

  3. Ensure Wi-Fi is Stable

    Make sure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

    Also, ensure that:

    • Your Wi-Fi router is powered on and functioning properly.

    • All Wi-Fi cables and power connections are securely plugged in.

    • The Wi-Fi signal is stable in the area where you're setting up the device.
