Updating AirTouch 4 Console Software
To ensure you enjoy the latest features, improvements, and security patches, it’s important to keep both your AirTouch console and the AirTouch smartphone app up to date.

Updates must be applied both to the AirTouch console and the AirTouch app on your smartphone.
Requirements

Ensure AirTouch is connected to your home WiFi.

A stable internet connection with at least 12Mbps download speed is recommended.
When an update is available:

A red dot will appear next to the Menu icon.
To Update:

Tap Menu.
-
Go to System Settings > Preferences and Versions.

A prompt will appear to proceed with the update.

Tap to begin the update.
AirTouch may reboot during the update. This typically takes 2–5 minutes.
Manually Check for Updates

Tap Menu > System Settings > Preferences and Versions.

If an update is available, you’ll see the option to download it.
Storage Permissions

You may be asked to "Allow Storage Permissions".

Tap Yes or Allow to continue.
If AirTouch doesn't return to the screen automatically, tap the AirTouch icon to reopen it.
Updating the AirTouch App on Your Smartphone
App updates are released separately from the console software.
To Update the App:

On Android: Go to Google Play Store

On iPhone: Go to the Apple App Store

Search for AirTouch and tap Update if available.
