Where Can I Find the QR Code?

The QR code for your AirTouch Beam device is typically located on the back of the device itself or included in the quick start guide.

What if my AirTouch Beam is already on the wall?

Already mounted your Beam? No need to take it down. Scan the QR code in your quick start guide, or tap Enter Code Manually in the AirTouch Beam app and pick your Beam from the list.

Follow the steps under Use Manual Code to Add Your Device.

What If the QR Code Is Missing or Damaged?

If your AirTouch Beam's QR code is missing, damaged, or no longer accessible, you can still complete the setup process using the manual code or the device’s network name.

Use the Manual Code to Add Your Device:

1. Open the AirTouch Beam app and start adding your device.

2. On the Scan the QR code screen, tap Enter Code Manually.

3. Enter the 11-digit setup code, or tap the arrow next to the code field and pick your Beam from the list. It shows as AT BEAM followed by six characters.
   
   
4. Tap Next.

Finding the Network Name:

If you don’t have the manual code, you can retrieve the Beam’s network name by resetting the device:

1. Reset the Beam device using the reset button.

2. On your phone, open the Wi-Fi settings.

3. Look for a network named in the format: AT BEAM [XXXXXX]
