Report a security issue

At AirTouch, we take security and privacy seriously. If you believe you have found a security issue or vulnerability in an AirTouch product, app or service, please let us know.

How to report

Email security@airtouch.com.au. For a privacy or data request, email privacy@airtouch.net.au.

To help us investigate, please include what you found, the product and version affected, and how to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix the issue before sharing it publicly (coordinated disclosure).

What happens next

We will acknowledge your report within a reasonable time, assess its severity using CVSS v3, and address it according to priority.

Protect your account

Many security questions can be resolved directly. You can:

• Set or change the password on your AirTouch console and app.
• Manage your privacy and account settings.

Please report any suspicious emails or texts that claim to be from AirTouch to security@airtouch.com.au. We will never ask for your password.

Scope and responsible disclosure

This covers AirTouch apps, firmware, cloud services and gateways, and third-party components in our products. The Android operating system on our consoles is maintained by Google, so please report those issues to Google.

If you act in good faith, test only your own device or account, and avoid privacy breaches or service disruption, AirTouch will not pursue legal action in respect of your research.
