Setting up Geofencing with AirTouch 5

Introduction to geofencing control of the air conditioning with AirTouch 5.

Geofencing with AirTouch 5 allows you to automate your air conditioning based on your location, turning it on or off as you arrive or leave home.



On the AirTouch 5 Console

  1. Open the Quick Menu on your AirTouch 5 console.

  2. Navigate to Smarts > Geofencing.

  3. Enable the feature.

On the AirTouch 5 App

  1. Open the AirTouch App on your mobile device.

  2. Go to Settings > Geofencing.

  3. Choose your preferred automation:

    • Turn On the AC when entering the radius near your home.

    • Turn Off the AC when exiting the radius

Configuring the Geofencing Radius

  1. Tap the Map tab at the top of the Geofencing screen.

  2. Ensure Location Services are enabled for the AirTouch App (iOS or Android).

  3. Set your desired radius around your home. This defines the distance at which your AC will respond based on your movement.

  4. Tap Save to apply your settings.

Your Geofencing setup is now complete.
