Serial Number Lookup Guide (For AirTouch Installer Warranty Request Form Submission) 

This guide helps installer/homeowner quickly locate the Serial Number / Device ID for supported Polyaire & AirTouch products. Only products with usable serial-number information are included.

AirTouch Series

Model / Series Serial Number Location Notes

AirTouch 5, AirTouch 4, AirTouch 2+

The serial number is located:

  • On the rear of the AirTouch console,

or

  • Within the console’s system info menu under Settings → A pop-up window will display an ID, depending on model.

 AirTouch 4 is no longer available for sale.

AirTouch 3, AirTouch 2, AirTouch 1

 The serial number is located:

  • On the main module, there is a sticker containing the unit ID.

  • In many cases, removing the cover of the main module may be required to view the label.

AirTouch 1, 2 and 3 are no longer available for sale.

AirTouch Beam

 The serial number is located:

  • Printed on the back of the Beam device.

Format example:
xxxx-xxx-xxx

(8-digit barcode-associated number).

Intelligent Temperature Sensors (ITS)

Where to find the Serial Number / Device ID:

  • Open the ITS casing.

  • Look for an 11-digit number printed below a barcode.

  

Individual Temperature Control (ITC)

Where to find the Serial Number / Device ID:

  • Open the device.

  • Look for an 11-digit number printed below a barcode.

  


Zone Master Series

Model / Series Serial Number Location Image Reference / Notes

ZoneTouch 3

Where to find the Serial Number / Device ID:

  • Lift the paper label on the back of the console.

  • A barcode will show the serial number.

Format example:
6572510924

The last 4 digits of this number indicate manufacture month & year.

ZoneSwitch

Where to find the Serial Number / Device ID:

  • Lift the touchpad cover.

  • A 9-digit number under a barcode will be printed on the label.

 Format example:
D06-084155.
