AirTouch Product Support and Lifecycle Information
AirTouch product support and lifecycle
How long we support your AirTouch products, and what happens when support ends.
Our support commitment
AirTouch provides security and software updates for each product for a defined period, starting from when the product and its software are first released. We may extend a support date, but we will not bring it forward once published.
Each product we currently sell has a published support date. Open a product below to see it.
AirTouch 5
AirTouch 2+
ZoneTouch 3
AirTouch Secure
AirTouch Beam
AirTouch doorbells & cameras
AirTouch solar charger
For the support end date and compliance details of each model, see our Statement of Compliance.
How updates work
AirTouch provides updates to its own app and software for each product's support period. AirTouch consoles run on Google's Android operating system; the Android operating system itself is maintained by Google and is not covered by AirTouch support.
What happens when support ends
Your AirTouch product keeps working. You can still control it directly on the device or wall console, and your settings and schedules keep running. Local control does not stop.
When support ends, remote and app features may stop, such as phone control, notifications and cloud features, and we stop providing security and software updates. The internet connection only adds remote access; your AirTouch product still performs its core function without it.
Products no longer sold
AirTouch 1, AirTouch 2, AirTouch 3, AirTouch 4 and earlier Zone controls are discontinued, with no further planned software updates and best-effort support only.
