Is your AirTouch 5 or App not connecting over the internet?
If your AirTouch app fails to connect to the AirTouch 5 system, or you receive Error 2002, the issue may be caused by outdated software.
To resolve this, make sure both your AirTouch 5 Wall Console and smartphone app are updated to the latest version.
How to Update the Wall Console?
Updating your AirTouch Wall Console is simple. Just follow the steps shown in this video:
AirTouch 5 App Updates:
For Apple iOS
- Open the App Store.
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next the AirTouch 5 App to Update
For Android
- Open the Google Play Store app .
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Manage apps & device. The AirTouch 5 App with an update available will have the label "Update available".
- Tap Update
