How to set up the mobile device app?

AirTouch gives you seamless smartphone control over your home’s air conditioning. Setting up the AirTouch app is a simple process whether you're at home or away. Follow the steps below based on your connection type to get started.

Before You Begin

  1. Download the AirTouch App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

  2. Make sure your AirTouch system is powered on and connected to your home Wi-Fi network.

Pairing Your Device While at Home (on Wi-Fi)

If your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your AirTouch:

  1. Open the AirTouch app.

  2. Pairing will occur automatically, and your AirTouch controls should appear on the screen.

  3. AirTouch and your phone will typically stay connected even when you leave the Wi-Fi network, as long as Internet Access is enabled on your console.


If you are on 3G/4G/5G or another network:

If you're not connected to your home Wi-Fi:

  1. Ensure that AirTouch is connected to Wi-Fi at home.

  2. Open the AirTouch app on your smartphone.

  3. On the Pairing Screen, enter your Device ID:

    • AirTouch 5: Open the Quick Menu on your wall console. The Device ID is located in the lower right-hand corner.

  4. Enter the default Internet Access Password: Polyaire

    It is strongly recommended to change this password through the app or your AirTouch console for better security.

Troubleshooting: Can’t Connect to AirTouch Over the Internet?

If you're having trouble pairing:

  • Make sure Internet Access is turned ON via:
    Quick Menu > System Settings

  • Check your home router firewall settings to ensure they are not blocking communication between the app and your AirTouch system
