How to Locate the Console Serial Number / ID?

If you're experiencing an issue with the console and need to provide identification details for support, follow the instructions below based on your situation. 

How to Locate the Device ID for Your AirTouch 5:

  1. Open the AirTouch 5 console.
  2. Tap Settings. 

A pop-up window will display an ID, please include this in your support request if available. 

Internal_ID

When Console is Off or Won’t Turn On

Please note this step is applicable for AirTouch 5 and AirTouch 2+ Only

If the console cannot be powered on: 
  1. Unplug the console from the wall by pushing the bottom section, this will lift the console from the wall mount.
  2. Turn the console around to view the back.
  3. Flip open the white plastic cover that protects the internal components. 
  4. The Serial Number / Console ID is located at the top-right corner of the label.
