How to Connect AirTouch 2+ to WiFi?

AirTouch 2+ gives you smart control of your air conditioning system both at home via WiFi and remotely over the internet. To take advantage of this, your console needs to be connected to your home WiFi network.

Follow this guide to get your AirTouch 2+ online.

Step-by-Step: Connecting AirTouch 2+ to WiFi

  1. Tap the Quick Menu in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select WiFi Settings.

  3. Select 'Connect to a Wifi network'

  4. Choose your home WiFi network (must be 2.4GHz).

  5. Enter your network passcode.

  6. Tap Connect.

Once connected, you’ll see a WiFi icon appear in the status bar, confirming that your system is online.

Reconnecting After Changes

AirTouch will stay connected unless your home WiFi network settings change, such as:

  • Network name (SSID)

  • Password

  • Security type

  • MAC filtering enabled on your router

If this happens, just repeat the steps above to reconnect.

Also, if your home experiences a power failure, AirTouch will automatically reconnect once your router is back online.


Use the AirTouch App

Once your AirTouch 2+ is online:

  • Make sure your smartphone or tablet is on the same WiFi network and band.

  • Download the AirTouch App from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Open the app to establish the initial connection to your controller.

  • From here, you can control your air conditioning system from anywhere in the world.
