Keeping your AirTouch Beam firmware up to date ensures optimal performance, access to new features, and security improvements. Firmware updates can be performed automatically or manually through the AirTouch Beam app.

1. Automatic Updates

• AirTouch Beam includes an auto-update feature.

• When a new firmware version is available, the system will automatically update—typically at:

  • 4:00 PM GMT

  • 2:30 AM Adelaide Time

2. Manual Update

You can manually check for and install firmware updates from the app at any time.

Step-by-Step Guide to Manually Update Firmware

1. Open the AirTouch Beam App
   Launch the app on your mobile device.

2. Go to Settings
   Tap the Settings icon on the main menu.

3. Select “Devices”
   Navigate to your connected AirTouch Beam device.

4. Tap “Software Update”
