How do I setup Comfort Sense?

Comfort Sense is a smart automation feature in the AirTouch Beam app that helps optimise energy use and indoor comfort. It uses sensor data, Temperature, Humidity, or Feels Like readings to automatically adjust or turn off your AC system when certain conditions are met.

This feature helps reduce unnecessary usage while maintaining a comfortable environment.

What Comfort Sense Does

  • Automatically adjusts or turns off your air conditioning based on environmental conditions.

  • Monitors Temperature, Humidity, or Feels Like (a combined measure of both).

  • Helps save energy by limiting AC use when your desired comfort level is reached.

Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up Comfort Sense

  1. Open the AirTouch Beam App
    Launch the app on your mobile device.

  2. Tap on the “Comfort Sense” Button
    Locate and tap the Comfort Sense icon or menu option from the home screen or device settings.
