How do I change my name / edit account in the app?

Need to update your name in the AirTouch Beam app? While you can change your First Name and Last Name, please note that your email address cannot be changed once your account is created.

Steps to Edit Your Account Details

1. Open the AirTouch Beam App
   Launch the app on your mobile device.

2. Go to Settings
   Tap the Settings icon from the main screen.

3. Select "Manage Users"
   Navigate to the Manage Users section.

4. Tap "Edit Account"
   Choose the user account you want to update.

5. Edit Your Name
   Update your First Name and Last Name as needed.

6. Tap the Back Button
   Your changes will be saved automatically when you return to the previous screen.

Note: Your email address cannot be changed within the app. If you need to use a different email, you will need to create a new account with the desired email address.
