How to Connect AirTouch 5 to Your Home Internet?

AirTouch allows you to control your ducted air conditioning system not only locally via WiFi, but also remotely from anywhere using a secure internet connection. To enable this functionality, you must first connect AirTouch to your home WiFi network.

Important: Ensure your home internet connection is stable and always on to maintain reliable remote access.

WiFi Compatibility by Model

  • AirTouch 5: Compatible with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi networks.

Steps to Connect AirTouch 5 to WiFi

Step 1: Open the Quick Menu on your AirTouch 5 console and navigate to the Settings tab.

 

 

Step 2: Select Options tab and select Connect to Wifi

 

Step 3:Find your WiFi network in the list, enter the network password, and tap Done.

Once connected, you’ll be able to control your home’s air conditioning system via the AirTouch App, whether you're at home or away.

If your system fails to connect, ensure:

  • The password entered is correct.

  • The WiFi signal strength is sufficient at the console location.

  • You’re using the correct frequency band supported by your AirTouch model.
