Common questions:

How long does the AirTouch Home doorbell take to charge? A full charge takes about 5 hours and lasts around 3 months before you need to recharge it.

Does the doorbell need Wi-Fi? Yes. It connects to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. You can set it up in the app over Bluetooth, or use a QR code if Bluetooth isn't available.

Where are recordings stored? Events are saved to the included 16GB microSD card. If SD recording is off, you'll get live notifications only and nothing is saved.

Is the chime already paired? Yes, the chime is pre-paired out of the box. You can re-pair it in the app if needed.

What height should I mount the doorbell? Aim for about 1.2 to 1.6 metres off the ground for the best view of visitors.
