Scheduled Server Upgrade - Planned App Downtime

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of the AirTouch Server to improve system performance and reliability. During this time, remote access through the AirTouch App will be temporarily unavailable.

Maintenance Schedule

  • Date: Monday, 13 October 2025

  • Time: 10:00 PM ACDT (GMT +10:30), current Adelaide time

  • Duration: Approximately 3–4 hours


What to Expect

During the upgrade window, AirTouch 5 and AirTouch Beam users will not have remote access through the app.

However, local system control will still be available:

  • AirTouch 5 users can operate their system via the touchscreen console.

  • AirTouch Beam users can use the original remote control if needed.

  • Any pre-configured programs or schedules will continue to run as normal.

Once the upgrade is complete, cloud access will automatically resume — no action is required.
Our technical teams will monitor the process closely to ensure a smooth transition.
